As a result of the growing number of multinational companies, it is becoming increasingly common for companies to hire workers from abroad or to send workers to foreign countries.

Such cases entail a number of special reporting obligations and registration and administration tasks, which can impose significant additional workload on the HR staff. Our goal is to provide full support in performing these tasks with minimal involvement from HR and employees, relieving them of the burden of additional administrative work.

As a paperless office, we manage all necessary tasks and notifications electronically, law permitting, to increase administrative efficiency.

We provide our clients with a dedicated account manager, with no interruption in the handling of current matters even in case of a leave of absence as we use a regulated replacement system.

Our employees constantly monitor changes in laws and regulation, informing clients in a timely manner.

  • Administration regarding tax identification numbers and tax cards

  • Preparing and submitting the necessary notifications to the Immigration Office and to the Job Centre
  • Determination of tax residence for the purposes of assigning tax liability
  • Determining the country of the insurance obligation
  • Preparing and submitting annual personal income tax returns
