The Hungarian Tax Authority shared the notification form ‘GLOBE’ to be filed by the relevant domestic taxpayers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Hungarian Tax Authority, on its official webpage, has made available the notification forms titled “GLOBE” for financial year started in 2024 to be filed by Hungarian domestic entities which are either members of a multinational group or a large domestic group subject to the rules of global minimum tax. The relevant notification form will have to be filed with the Hungarian Tax Authority via electronic format and the filing must either be done by the aforementioned domestic group member or through an appointed local group member who has the mandate to file on behalf of all domestic group entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The notification form must be filed on an annual basis, the deadline being 31 December 2024 for the calendar year taxpayers, while non-calendar year taxpayers will have to file until the last day of the 12th<\/sup>\u00a0month starting from their tax year which began in 2024.
