{"id":2875,"date":"2020-07-08T09:16:05","date_gmt":"2020-07-08T07:16:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pkfhun.wpengine.com\/?p=243"},"modified":"2024-12-11T13:49:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T12:49:24","slug":"economic-rescue-package","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pkf.hu\/en\/2020\/07\/08\/economic-rescue-package\/","title":{"rendered":"Economic rescue package"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"big wp-block-paragraph\">This newsletter is to inform you about the economic relief package published last week by the government and aimed at alleviating the economic damage caused by coronavirus epidemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the package taxpayers engaged in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Taxi operation (NACE 49.32)<\/li><li>Accommodation services (NACE 55)<\/li><li>Food and beverage service activities (NACE 56)<\/li><li>Creative, arts and entertainment activities (NACE 90)<\/li><li>Sports activities and amusement and recreation activities (NACE 93)<\/li><li>Gambling and betting activities (NACE 92)<\/li><li>Motion picture, video and television program production, sound recording and music publishing activities (NACE 59)<\/li><li>Organization of conventions and trade shows (NACE 82.30)<\/li><li>Publishing of newspaper (NACE 58.13)<\/li><li>Publishing of journals and periodicals (NACE 58.14)<\/li><li>Programming and broadcasting activities (NACE 60)<\/li><li>Travel agency, tour operator and other reservation service and related activities (NACE 79)<\/li><li>Physical well-being activities (NACE 96.04) if the service provider complies with the rules of the 37\/1996. (X. 18.) NM decree<\/li><li>Inland passenger water transport (NACE 50.30)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and at least 30% of their revenue derived from this activity in the six months before 24 March 2020 are granted the following reliefs <strong>for March, April, May and June 2020<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Social contribution tax<\/strong>:<br>disbursers have no social contribution tax payment obligation after the employed natural persons and no social contribution tax liability for private entrepreneurs and business partners having regard to such status.<\/li><li><strong>Employee contributions<\/strong>:<br>only 4% in-kind health insurance contribution is payable in terms of employees, private entrepreneurs and business partners on the income subject to contribution payment, but the maximum amount is HUF 7.710.<\/li><li><strong>Vocational training contribution<\/strong>:<br>no vocational training contribution payment obligation with respect the above mentioned persons.<\/li><li><strong>Rehabilitation contribution<\/strong>:<br>taxpayers subject to rehabilitation contribution pay a 2\/3 amount of the statutory rate and no tax advance payment liability in this regard.<\/li><li><strong>Small business tax<\/strong>:<br>if the above activities are carried out by taxpayers subject to small business tax, personal costs are not considered as tax base.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Further benefit for taxpayers subject to <strong>tourism development contribution <\/strong>that they do not have to pay the amount of contribution for the period of 1 March \u2013 30 June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"color:#ddd\" class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-spacer ab-block-spacer ab-divider-solid ab-divider-size-1\"><hr style=\"height:30px\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking on this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/pkfhun.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Economic_rescue_package.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Economic rescue package<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This newsletter is to inform you about the economic relief [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":274,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2875","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-in-english"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
